Too Hot to Handle August 22, 2010 A. Barrett (Delray Beach, FL) We have used this tv only occasionally since June 2010. It works fine for a few minutes, then stops. The batteries heat up so much they can't be touched. When we called the service center yesterday and explained the problem, they immediately directed us to return the tv which we did. They will either repair it or replace it.
wish choice August 6, 2010 KaseyKool I recently purchased this pocket sized t.v. and am very pleased with its size and how clear the picture is. Also that many many channels can be received on it. I would recommend this without any hesitation. It's a keeper!

Great little portable TV July 29, 2010 Tom in Texas (Plano, TX USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This television (which is identical to one sold at Radio Shack under the Auvio brand name) is almost unique in filling the niche for a very small, handheld TV that will work in the digital era, and it does it quite well. The image quality is good, and reception is pretty decent, especially considering how small the built in antenna is.
The only things that would have made this set a little better would be if it had a wide screen display and if the built in antenna were a little bigger and sturdier, but those are minor complaints.
Snazzy Screen Is Almost 3-D July 21, 2010 T. JORGENSON (Loose Angles, Ca USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I just got this in and am pretty amazed at the LCD screen's clarity. Some scenes look almost 3-D. The sound is fine, but better when amped or Headphoned. Well worth the money both as entertainment and as Emergency Pack fodder. Throw in a handfull of batteries and you can run this TV till the emergency is done.
Love it so far.
I notice that Innovative Solutions is now (7/20/10) out of stock on this model. Does that mean it's still out there under different brands, or is this model discontinued??? As far as I can determine, this is the only DTV that can operate on AA batteries. Get it while you can.
